Medicinal Hot Tubs
The town of El Valle is also home to a hot springs where many come to enjoy their medicinal qualities.

Actually not that much here, but if hot tubs ( rather rudimentary ) are your thing then the cost to enter will not hurt your pocketbook.
Try rubbing the mud-like ointments on various parts of your body. Depending on the ointment it is said that they will cure or relieve various ailments. Anyway, if it does not cure the ailment, you really have to have a shower to clean up once again.
There are two cement pools under the jungle canopy. They are filled with hot mineral water (38 degree Centigrade), coming directly out of the volcanic ground from a depth of 1200 m. Another atraction here is the mineral clay you can use for a face mask or a full body cover.
