Cominskey Park will, unforunately, be remembered for the 1919 "Black Sox" scandal where the heavily favoured Sox threw the World Series
to the Cincinnati Reds."
Perhaps the memories will finally be buried in the rubble of good old Cominskey Park.

Wow, nice replacement park! We did not take advantage of the opportunity to buy a brick from the old Comisky ball park but many fans did. After all, how do you explain to the Customs Officer that you want to declare a brick?
We like the fact that the park is quite accessible with good parking, public transit and major roads to get in and out of the south end of Chicago.
